The 'The Sharp Byeongyeong Centro' by POSCO E&C won the Excellence Award in the Large Apartment Category at the 27th Maeil Economic Newspaper's "Living-Friendly Apartment Selection" contest.

The Sharp Byeongyeong Centro is located at 18 Sinhwa-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan. It is designed with 7 buildings, ranging from three underground floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. The total size is 632 units. The number of units by supply area is as follows: 155 units of 59㎡A, 48 units of 59㎡B, 106 units of 75㎡A, 117 units of 75㎡B, and 206 units of 84㎡.

The design, which considers the convenience of residents, received favorable reviews. First, all units are arranged facing south to ensure good lighting and ventilation. The layout is designed in a 4-bay slab form to maximize openness. The parking width is 2.4m, which is 10 cm wider than that of typical apartments, making it easy to park large sedans.

Various community facilities are available as well. Inside the complex, there are 4 play facilities, including a children's water playground. There are also sports facilities such as a fitness center, GX room, Pilates room, and golf practice range.

The specialized landscaping also catches the eye. A representative feature is the eco-garden, a Korean-style garden themed on true scenic landscapes. Additionally, large-scale community facilities such as a study room, book café, coin laundry, and family café are operated. Furthermore, POSCO E&C applied its newly introduced design manual 3.0 to the apartment facades, entrance posts, building entrances, and underground parking lot.

The convenient transportation location is another advantage. The complex is located next to Byeongyeong-daero, which runs north-south through Ulsan. It is quickly connected to major roads such as Suam-ro and Samsan-ro, making commuting convenient. Ulsan Bridge and the express bus terminal are also nearby. With the expected opening of Tram Line 2 in 2027, transportation conditions are expected to improve even further.

In addition, residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment within the city. Seonam Lake Park and Shinseonsan Mountain are located 1 km away from The Sharp Byeongyeong Centro. Yeocheon Stream flows behind the complex, and Ulsan Grand Park and Taehwa River National Garden are also nearby, providing convenience for relaxation and leisure activities, which has been well received.

As for living infrastructure, public institutions such as Nam-gu Office are located within a 2 km radius. Various retail facilities such as Homeplus, E-Mart, Lotte Department Store, and Hyundai Department Store are also accessible. For education, Dosan Elementary School is within walking distance. Dae-hyun Elementary School, Ya-eum Middle School, Dae-hyun High School, and Shinseon Girls' High School are also nearby. The Okdong Academy Area, Dosan Library, and Ulsan Library are also available for educational use.
