Raon Construction's 'Deokso Riverside Laon Private,' located in the Deokso New Town of Wabu-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, won the Well-being Apartment Award at the 2023 first-half Hankyung Residential Culture Awards. The evaluation for the award highlighted the apartment's well-rounded advantages, including its proximity to natural surroundings, transportation infrastructure, and educational facilities.
The development, which redevelops Deokso 7 District, consists of 5 buildings ranging from 2 underground floors to a maximum of 26 floors, totaling 295 units (ranging from 59 to 84㎡ in size). The project is mainly composed of medium and small-sized units, catering to actual demand.
The nearby Wolmun Stream flows into the Han River, providing residents with the opportunity to relax by the stream or along the riverbank.
