SK Ecoplant announced on the 30th that it had secured the 'Jung-Hwa Woosung Town Reconstruction and Maintenance Project' in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, on the 28th.
This project involves the construction of a new apartment complex with 3 underground floors, 20 above-ground floors, and 3 buildings, totaling 213 units, along with supporting welfare facilities. It will be located in the area of 159-2, Junghwa-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
The total project cost is approximately 103.3 billion won.
The complex will be strategically located near Sangbong Station (serving Seoul Subway Line 7, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line, and KTX) and Jung-Hwa Station on Subway Line 7, both within a 1km radius, offering excellent transportation accessibility.
Additionally, the complex is close to major roads, including the Bukbu Expressway and the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, providing good access to the northern Gyeonggi Province region.
Around the complex, there are educational facilities such as Sangbong Elementary, Jungheung Elementary, Jangan Middle, and Jung-Hwa High, as well as retail and leisure infrastructure including Homeplus, Costco, E-Mart, and CGV, ensuring excellent living and educational amenities.
